Presentation of campaign "O-LIVE! Secrets of beauty and health"

On May, 25th, 2011 in Moscow has taken place presentation of campaign "O-LIVE! A secret of beauty and health " which was realized by the Consortium on a quality assurance of Extra Vergine olive oil (Consorzio Extravergine di Qualita (CEQ).

The purpose of this campaign  is market advancement of olive oil made in the EU countries. The primary goal of promotion-campaign is to inform experts and operators of the market and also consumers about the olive oil, its improving properties and food value, possibilities of its use in cooking of various dishes, including Russian cuisine.

Performances were accompanied by tasting in the course of which the guests could appreciate aroma and taste of the original olive oil, and also have learned about correct ways of tasting of this product.

Secrets of the estimation of organoleptic properties of oil were opened by the vice-president of the Consortium and the producer of Monini olive oil - Mr. Zefferino Monini.
